The Ab Coaster is a stomach home exercise machine. It works by simulating the hanging leg raise exercise by allowing you to more easily crunch your knees up in the direction of your chest. This is a tough exercise to do so you can expect to workout very hard with this machine.

3. It takes up a lot of room in your home - This is true. This is a big and heavy machine. It's not something you can easily fold and store under the bed. You need to be aware of that before you buy it. Make sure you have enough room for it in your home.
So, you have a good fitness machine in the Ab Coaster, but you do need to realize that it is not the full solution but just part of the process to get perfect abs.
